DANCE 204 - Choreography Workshop

Credits: 3
Students present rehearsal and performance of dance works in concert. Students practice advanced dance skills and develops choreography for dance pieces.

Enrollment Requirement: DANCE 101 and DANCE 102 with grades of 1.0 or higher; or instructor consent.

Satisfies Requirement: Humanities/Fine Arts/English
Course Outcomes:
Students who successfully complete this class will be able to:

Perform ballet and jazz technique.
Develop awareness of choreographic principles and practice.
Experience performance-level dancing.
