CMST 105 - Oral Communication for Trades Credits: 3 Introduces students to some of the key oral communication skills and practices needed for success in industry and professional settings. Among the subjects covered in this course are job search skills, basic public speaking for interviews, following directions, and listening.

Course Outcomes: Students who successfully complete this class will be able to:
- Orally Communicate their ideas to others.
- Generate a professional resume.
- Apply effective communication skills to job interview settings.
- Use effective listening skills to follow directions.
- Give short narratives that explain or relate a situation.
