BTAC 216 - Computer Support Internship I Credits: 2-5 Students assist Business Technologies and Administrative Careers (BTAC) instructors with computer applications and basic hardware functions.
Enrollment Requirement: Instructor consent.
Course Outcomes: Students who successfully complete this class will be able to:
- Monitor and supply all printers.
- Troubleshoot and report hardware and software issues.
- Assist students with hardware and software concepts.
- Clean and maintain computer hardware.
- Explain and assist students with network login procedures.
- Assist instructors during class time.
Program Outcomes
- Implement calculator/computer technology to solve problems.
- Integrate Microsoft Office software applications to present information in a meaningful manner.
