Course Outcomes:
Students who successfully complete this class will be able to:

  1. Identify and describe PC hardware components. 
  2. Understand, install, maintain, and troubleshoot various operating systems. 
  3. Describe basic computer networking concepts. 
  4. Identify cybersecurity concepts and configurations for networks and operating systems. 
  5. Identify and describe emerging technologies.

Understand and demonstrate procedures to install, configure, support, and troubleshoot operating systems and networking hardware.
