WWT 176 - Industrial Wastewater Treatment Processes 2 Credits: 2 A continuation of WWT 175 . Covers treatment processes including physical-chemical (coagulation, flocculation and sedimentation), filtration, and treatment of metal waste streams.
Course Outcomes: Students who successfully complete this class will be able to:
- Characterize industrial wastewater, including variables, components, effects and generation.
- Describe theory and operational consideration of typical industrial wastewater treatment processes.
- Perform related calculations.
