This degree program provides students an opportunity to develop essential business skills in their area of interest, as well as a comprehensive general education. Placement in courses depends on the student’s prior education and experience.
Students in this program must complete each class with a grade of 2.0 or higher. Students may enter this program at the beginning of any quarter.
Dual Credit and Academic Credit for Prior Learning- Students who have completed classes at another school with a GRC CTE Dual Credit agreements or students who pursue and obtain Academic Credit for Prior Learning may be able to apply those credits towards a degree or certificate. Students must work with a BTAC faculty advisor for confirmation.
Sample Schedule
This sample schedule is provided as a guide for a full-time student eligible for ENGL& 101 and appropriate math. This curriculum map assumes a fall quarter start. A customized curriculum map will be needed for students starting the program in a different quarter and with other circumstances. Not every course is offered every quarter: careful planning is required to complete the degree in the fewest number of quarters.
