Associate in Arts-DTA with Concentration in Hispanic Studies Curriculum Map

Concentration in Hispanic Studies fosters awareness, knowledge and understanding of the Hispanic world. It offers the student an opportunity to engage in a concentrated study of the diverse cultures, arts, languages and histories of Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, Hispanic North America and Spain. Given the continued importance of Latin America to the United States and the increasing population of Hispanics in the United States, this focused program of study will be advantageous to those students entering the job market as well as transfer students.

See Articulation Agreements for more details about the colleges who accept this degree.

Students are responsible for knowing transfer requirements and policies, as well as specific course choices and GPA requirements, and are urged to consult the catalog of the institution for which they plan to transfer.
