Associate in Arts-DTA with Concentration in Art History Curriculum Map


This concentration is for students interested in art history and art criticism. Students who complete this concentration will learn the global history of art and visual culture. This concentration gives students the skills to analyze art critically. Students also will develop foundational experience with art production to understand how artistic technique informs art analysis.

Transferability of Credits


Green River College is fully accredited. Academic courses will usually be accepted by other institutions offering the same (or similar) courses. However, each institution has its own transfer policies and each student is responsible for knowing the transfer and admission requirements of the receiving institution. Students are urged to consult with their advisor and a representative from the college they plan to attend after Green River.
