Information Technology-Advanced Network Administration and Security Certificate Curriculum Map


Designed for students that have experience in the IT field, this certificate program prepares students for employment in a variety of information technology (IT) positions, such as network and computer systems administrators, information security analysts, or computer support specialists.

After earning the certificate students can pursue the BAS at Green River College if desired. After earning the Information Technology-Cybersecurity and Networking, BAS   degree, additional paths for master’s degree programs will become available.

Sample Schedule


This sample schedule is provided as a guide for a full-time student taking classes. New students should meet with a faculty advisor or program manager early in the program for assistance with creating an academic plan. An customized curriculum map can be accessed in Navigate.

Entry Requirements


To enter this program, students must have a technical associate’s degree in an IT-related field from a regionally accredited institution, or two years IT work experience.
