Topics include communication skills, writing skills, telephone skills, techniques for managing customer expectations, understanding customer behavior, working as part of a team, and minimizing stress in the work environment. Covers interviewing and preparing for the job search experience in the IT field. Prepare students to do job searches, resumes and cover letters, and to dress professionally for the work environment. Students learn proper e-mail techniques and meeting etiquette. Prepares students for the ITIL Foundations Certification.
