MGMT 302 - Leadership Development: Leading Others

Learn to apply leadership practices to make an impact on teams within organizations, communities, and society. Topics include team dynamics, leading people, leading by example.

Prerequisite: Admission into the BAS in Applied Management program; and ENGL& 101; or instructor’s permission.

Course Outcomes:
Students who successfully complete this class will be able to:

Apply leadership theories to select, develop, and coach others to achievement in the workplace.
Demonstrate an understanding of group dynamics and effective teamwork through interaction by utilizing best practices, models, and frameworks.

Critical Thinking - Critical thinking finds expression in all disciplines and everyday life.
