HUMAN 186 - Peoples of the World Credits: 5 Provides students with cultural insights into indigenous people and/or the peoples of other countries. Examines people as a cultural phenomena comprised of a history, geography, literature, art, music, architecture, religion, and politics. The country and peoples may change each time the course is offered. The course may be a part of a field or study abroad course.
Satisfies Requirement: Humanities/Fine Arts/English
Course Outcomes: Students who successfully complete this class will be able to:
- Understand differences between themselves and other peoples of the world and help them understand why some of these differences exist.
